Tilda’s Tipple
Jane’s sister, Matilda "Tilda" Jaffray was diagnosed with glioblastoma in July 2019 and Tilda’s Tipple embodies both personal significance and community spirit. Drawing inspiration from Tilda's cherished local walks around Haining Loch and The Three Brethren, the gin incorporates botanicals such as gorse flower, heather, and Scots pine. These elements impart robust piney flavors complemented by naturally sweet undertones. For each bottle sold, we donates £5 to The Brain Tumour Charity,
1953
Jane has been living with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS) and she collaborated with her friend Kirsty Bennett to develop this gin. The gin's name commemorates the year the MS society was founded. 1953 Gin features a dominant juniper flavor complemented by fresh, floral aromas. Key botanicals include chamomile, cardamom, and grapefruit. We aim to raise both awareness and funds for the MS Society and a donation of £5 from each 70cl bottle sold supports the charity's initiatives.
Thin Blue Line
The ThinBlueLineUK is a small charity who aim to support mental health services whilst raising awareness around mental health and well-being for serving police officers. It is run by police officers for police officers, and is passionate about breaking down barriers to communication.
This unique handcrafted gin is strongly juniper-led, giving a warm, woody, spiciness accentuated through the use of frankincense and milk thistle as botanical ingredients. Combined with sweet, honeyed notes from the everlasting flower and the sharp, citrusy zest of grapefruit, the Thin Blue Line Gin is a well rounded spirit, perfectly balanced for all of a police officer’s (and friends!) gin needs!
A £10 donation will be made to ThinBlueLineUK with every bottle sold.
